The Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center on Michigan State’s campus, the venue for the Friday night welcome reception, is holding a limited number of rooms for meeting attendees at the heavily discounted rate of $129 (plus taxes and fees). These rooms are available through September 18 or while supplies last. To reserve your room, first register for the meeting, then follow these steps:

- Click on “Book Now” in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Enter the desired dates
- Enter the group code from your registration confirmation in the GROUP ID field.
- Click on “Check Now” and continue the booking process
